Style: This maxi is sleeveless with a V neckline and a cape style collar that drapes over the shoulders. The cape is constructed of self fabric & self fabric that has been 1/8" of inch heat set pleated. The dress has an stylized empire waistline that gathers at the center front where it is embellished with a silver & green enamel medallion. The skirt is an A-line with a fuller, gathered area under the medallion.
