1950s Soap Bubble Bead Necklace

This unsigned, vintage necklace features 2 strands of graduated lucite beads. Often called soap bubble beads, these beads have an iridescent coating that gives them a shimmery, rainbow effect. Each beads is hand knotted on the strand, adding a classic and elegant look. The strands measure approximately 17” and 19”. The necklace closes with a box clasp that is topped with a large bubble bead and is marked STERLING. This necklace is in excellent vintage condition.*

*There is one mark on the 4th bead of the long strand. There is also some wear to the closure hardware. Please refer to the photos.
