Late 50s/ Early 60s Trifari Sweater Clip/Earrings

This lovely Trifari sweater clip is both beautiful and useful. Sweater clips were quite popular in the 1950s and 60s and were used to hold a sweater when worn over the shoulders. This Trifari sweater clip features brushed  gold-tone 1” swirls at both ends of a large link brushed 6½” chain. The chain has spring clasps that allow it to be removed so the swirled ends can be worn separately as earrings. This sweater clip is signed Crown TRIFARI© and is in excellent vintage condition.
